Once a upon a time, we had a menu to choose from.
Now we have an all-you-eat-buffet.
How to decide what is good for you?
Especially when the buffet is so sweet, it requires self-control and discipline.
You need to educate yourself about food. (tools)

What it does to you.
When you are eat too much, the food is wasted, the nurtional benefits are lost.
When you eating too little, you lose your energy.
When you are eating well, you perform better.
Eat a balanced diet.
